Summer Solstice Community Clean Up

Anytime throughout the day, walk around your own community and pick up trash/plastic. Post a pic on Instagram or Facebook and tag #bomdiathreads and #communitycleanup.
We will offer a free 10 min guided meditation at 10 am EST followed by a Wim Hof breathing technique to energize and clear your mind. (You do not have to participate in meditation to participate in the cleanup)
Giveaway to one random person who participates in the clean up.
-Must follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook
-Must post a pic on Instagram and/or Facebook of your cleanup, hashtag #bomdiathreads and #communitycleanup
– Must tag 3 friends in the comments of this post on Instagram or Share this event on Facebook
One random winner will receive a custom reusable bag with reusable bamboo utensils and a Bom Dia Threads tee.
We will email you a zoom link the morning of to participate in the mediation.
